SIUKatowice: The Future Careers of Medical Students and Resident Physicians

The role of the physician is constantly evolving just as healthcare systems are continuously being amended. Physicians, making up the bulk of the primary health work force, require an equally strong healthcare system that cares not only for its patients, but for its employees as well. With ongoing changes in political, social and economical landscapes, the healthcare system needs reactionary changes that creates a healthy relationship between the patient, the doctor and the governing authority, allowing for the doctor-patient and government-doctor relationship to be equally satisfied and strong. The establishment of this relationship is the cornerstone for future of Polish medical students and resident physicians.

We would like to invite you to an educational discussion of this very relationship with our panelists consisting of Polish and foreign medical students, government health officials and resident physicians, who will shed light onto the current hunger strikes concerning healthcare in Poland and other controversial topics whilst standing true to the Hippocratic Oath!

There will be a networking session & drinks reception after the event!
